Dialectic

Dialectic

The Dialectic Level or logic stage of classical education is the second stage of the trivium. It is where students learn discernment, as they sort out the facts they learned in the grammar stage. Here middle school-aged students learn to debate and detect logical fallacies. Taking advantage of students’ natural critical thinking during the middle school years enables students to think through arguments.

Paideia Classical School desires to facilitate a spirit of academic excellence and character development in partnership with families. Providing a distinctive, comprehensive curriculum and evaluation for each student.
